The Amped Up Leadership Academy is designed for employees who are ready to grow, lead with confidence, and bring fresh momentum back to their workplace. Whether they are new to leadership, preparing for their next step, or already leading a team, this academy will give them practical tools they can use right away. Through an incredible leadership syllabus developed with Better Culture, participants will dive into real-world topics that help them become stronger communicators, better problem-solvers, and more intentional leaders. This is not your typical sit-and-listen training. Amped Up Leadership Academy is built to be engaging, interactive, and meaningful. Participants will also hear from exciting guest speakers, take part in valuable field trips, and connect with other emerging leaders from across the Northmont business community. They will walk away with new ideas, stronger confidence, and a better understanding of how to lead people, support a team, and make a positive impact inside their organization. Program Details Length: 6-month course Schedule: One day per month Time: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM Location: Northmont Area Chamber of Commerce office Registration Deadline: June 12, 2026 Available Spots: 20 participants for our first academy Pricing Chamber Members: Register by May 22, 2026: $800 per participant After May 22, 2026: $1,000 per participant Non-Members: Register by May 22, 2026: $1,200 per participant After May 22, 2026: $1,400 per participant Space is limited to the first 20 participants for this inaugural academy.
