The Northmont Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to present a day dedicated to growth, resilience, and connection. Whether you are a corporate executive, a small business owner, or an aspiring entrepreneur, this retreat is designed to provide the tools and inspiration you need to thrive in today’s professional landscape.

Catered Luncheon Enjoy a delicious lunch while continuing the conversation with your tablemates and our guest speakers.

Personal Safety & Confidence We are wrapping up the day with a hands-on Self-Defense Course. This introductory session is designed to build physical confidence and situational awareness, ensuring you leave feeling empowered both inside and outside the office.
